Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag Looks Amazing on Next Gen

Assassins Creed Black Flag is looking absolutly great on PS4 and XBOX ONE, take a look at this video demonstrating that. The graphics are highly increased from the previous generation games. Some say the Graphics from the PS4 version match its rival PC.

While PS4 is running this game at 1080p and Xbox ONE at 720p they still both look stunning.
Give this game a try for your own good if you own a next gen console.

This is only a stepping stone considering that this game barley uses the power of the PS4, think about 2 years down the line when next gen games start to show. What kind of games would you like to see on next gen?

Agawi basically says Android phones aren't as fast as iPhones

Awagi TouchMarks has claimed that Android phone are twice as slower as iPhones. Even the latest and greatest S4 still has a slower minimum app response time as the iPhone 4S, which came out almost 3 years ago.

Some might argue that this test is irrelevant but I dissagree. Having used an iPad for a year and going to the Nexus 7 tablet, the difference is night and day. This could be why users coming from iOS devices claim the typing on iOS is Much more snappier than Android.  

This is a big deal for musicians who plan on making musical on tablets or even small projects on phones. Or artist who like to make a quick sketch on a tablet. Even those who do a lot of typing on their devices, you might want to consider an iOS device if you need something more responsive.

Attention Developers: Glossy apps look ugly in iOS 7

This is just a PSA to developers on iOS and Android. Glossy apps are outdated, please follow the trend and start making your app icons FLAT. 

I refuse to have an app like this on my home screen while having the rest looking professional. 

Please developers, fix your icons.

Grand Theft Auto V manual released for Android - Still no iFruit

Rockstar has just released the mobile GTAV manual for Android but still, the iFruit app is no where to be seen. 

Many users are still not happy about the app launch today. There seems to be an issue with compatibility with Android devices including a Nexus phones and tablets.

Rockstar is still working on the iFruit app for android.

iFruit app for Android - iOS exclusive?

On the 16th of September, the iFruit app for iOS was released. Soon later, Android owner started questioning Rockstar Games, "What about Android?"

To this day, Android users still are not able to use the Mobile companion app to access in-game features such as training your dog "Chop", or choosing custom license plates for your cars.

A few automated responses from Rockstar claiming the app is coming "soon" are what the disappointed fans received as answers. Many users on Rockstar's own comments claim they won't be playing GTA 5 or be purchasing anymore Rockstar published games.

Some users came up with a theory that Apple itself is stoping Rockstar from releasing the Android app due to the name itself. Although Rockstar has stated this is NOT the case, most still believe it is.

Unfortunately, there is no release date yet. I'm sure Rockstar will get this sorted out after they get the GTA:Online debacle fixed.

Tanks in GTA V confirmed! (Picture)

After the release of the official GTA 5 trailer today, many people notice a surprise at the end. Tanks! Yes tanks are officials confirmed for GTA 5. What else does this mean? This means military base possibly the return of Area 69 for San Andreas.

Terraria now available for iOS

Terraria was just released in the U.S Appstore just a few hours ago. The game is $4.99 and is an exact PC port with all the features the PC version had.

The game works extremely well with touch controls, so far there hasn't been an issue. One thing 505 Games could add would be the option to change sizes of the joysticks.

Go get this game if you are a fan of the PC port or even a fan of minecraft. Android and windows phone versions are coming "soon".

No Vehicle Damage in GTA 5? Current gen console limitations!

For the past 2 GTA 5 gameplay trailers, there has been no signs of vehicle damage shown in gameplay. There has been vehicle explosions that ending up only blowing out the windows, nothing else. 

In gameplay trailer #2, around the 0:54 mark, there was damage shown but many people including myself think it wasn't actual gameplay instead a type of CGI. The online gameplay trailer showed 2 Police cars being blown up by a missile shot from a helicopter.

Don't get me wrong. I think car damage will 100% be in GTA 5 but not the same as GTA 4. By that I mean car deformation. I agree that cars will appear  damaged but you won't be able to get a crumpled car like in GTA 4. With all the features being added in GTA 5, it's not hard to understand why Rockstar can't add car deformation due to limitation of the current-gen consoles.

The problem with Android gaming

Something I just noticed with the Android version of Crazy Taxi. I purchased the game on both HTC One and iPhone 5. First time playing it was on HTC One, and I had a great experience, no complains, no lag. Then after playing it on the iPhone 5, I immediately noticed an extremely higher frame rate (fps).

I'm talking 30 fps on Android and 60 fps on iPhone. This isn't the only game that I noticed. Games like Modern Combat 4 and Nova 3 are missing effects and they still run a lot slower with a low fps on Android counterpart. 

Of course Android device these days have 10 times the power iOS Devices have but it's all about how you manage that power. Look at the PS3 and Xbox 360, developers like Rockstar were able to produce games like Red Dead Redemption and the upcoming GTA 5 with 10 year old hardware.

Why Google Glass wont Catch on - My opinion

Apart from Google Glass making you look like a douche, its not practical! People would rather just use a smartphone phone instead of looking at a small screen in front of their right eye. Other than headaches from looking at this small screen all day, it cant do anything that a smartphone cant. My guess, this will be a cool for another year before everyone loses interest.

Google really needs to adjust the price on this thing. over $500 for a small screen in front of your eye just doesn't seem worth it.  A reasonable price would be $199 at most. The only useful feature would be the live hangouts using the camera but again, what can the Google Glass do that an Android phone or iPhone cant do?

How to avoid GTA 5 spoilers - GUIDE

Ever since Grand Theft Auto 5 pre-download files were extracted from PSN by hackers, spoilers are hitting the web. No where GTA related is safe anymore but I can give you some tips on how to avoid any spoilers. I'm not saying that everyone is trying to leak the ending of GTA 5 for you but just in case, keep your eyes open!

1. Avoid REDDIT! Make sure to avoid any subreddit that involves Grand theft auto or GTA in the name. A lot of mods aren't in the subreddit 24/7 so don't expect spoilers to be deleted instantly.

2. Don't go on GTAforums.com! Not just GTAforums but ANY gta related forums such as iGTA5.com, GTA5online.com, 5gta.com. There are many more, if you see a website with GTA in the title - AVOID IT!

3. YouTube comments! If you happen to watch a video about Grand theft auto 5, dont dare looking at the comments! Even under Rockstar's own videos spoilers do NOT get deleted. Instead, users will flag the comments and down vote but you should still avoid looking at YouTube comments.

So what happens if someone already spoiled it for me?

Right now, a lot of different ending spoilers are going around, so the chances of  you reading the correct ending are very slim. Enjoy the most anticipated game of 2013 and possibly this generation!
